[Another day, and Riku's feeling fairly bored. He hasn't had a lot to say over the journals as of late, but hey, it's been a while. And with such an... interesting cycle, he might as well say something.
So, Lucetians, witness Riku as he boredly looks into this magical book and speaks.]
So. I think it's pretty obvious that Luceti's got some 'interesting' people around. Mice, rabbits, turtles, demons... I think you get the idea.
Some of you guys aren't as open to this as others. I know I've seen my share of human haters or people against some other group.
[Not that he's surprised; fear of what's different is natural to just about everything.]
So here's a question. What do you guys think of all the species or races that are different than yours? Especially if they're not from your worlds.
[Ah, the wonders of boredom. And since he's still bored...]
And while we're at it, suppose you could go back to your world with memories intact. If you learned about your future here, would you try and change any of it?
[With that out of the way, Riku's going to head down to the battle dome and start creating a quaint little simulation. With the new battle dome settings, Riku's taking advantage of the features in order to recreate one of the more peaceful worlds he's visited in great detail. Way to go, Riku.
Feel free to wander inside. He's definitely in need of some company right about now, and Traverse Town is pretty sweet.]

...It's... pretty weird, seeing animals that can walk and talk. It's not like it's a bad thing, but... I guess I'm still freaked out by it all.
[Voice]
[Le shrug.]
But you're talking to somebody who's close friends with a talking mouse, so it's second nature to me.

At first I thought it was really strange to have so many different species here... But now I think it's pretty nice and interesting, actually. And the species or race of someone doesn't change who the person is, so... There's no reason to dislike them for that, right?
And your second question, um.. Do you mean if we learned of our future in our world while here...?
[Voice]
But on the flip-side, I owe a lot to a talking mouse. He stood up for me when nobody else would.
So, I don't think it matters in the long run.
[KH is all about heart, anyway. Oh, Riku.
He pauses for a moment.]
As for the future, that's what I mean.

In the world I am from, there are countless kind of creatures. Some need others, and some can live alone. They exist naturally in the world no matter what they think of each other or how different they are. Humans are different from the rest for a number of reasons, but as a whole they are part of the world as well.
[simple.]
It is complicated here. There are creatures which think and speak like humans, but do not look like humans, or who resemble humans in every aspect but say that they are not. Even the ones who claim to be humans act differently from the ones I know, and have strange ideas.
I do not know what to think of it.
[written]
As for humans having strange ideas, it probably has to do with where they're from. Different worlds mean different rules, and where you grow up and how you're raised have a pretty big influence.
Luceti's a place that takes people out of those worlds. Its rules are different, and the whole place is a free-for-all. The things we're used to really don't apply.

As for the second question, I guess it would depend on what I learned.
[Written]
And you've got a point about the second question. The reason I'm asking is because I did find out about my future, and it wasn't exactly pretty. Learning that you turn against your friends is pretty rough. And then there's the issue of changing the future. Making it better for yourself could make it worse for everyone else.
It's all pretty complicated.

Good or bad, the future is better unknown. If you live life only looking ahead for answers, you neglect the present. That isn't living.
[written]
[At least in the grand scheme of things.]
It's easier to live without knowing what'll happen next. I agree with you on that. I know that when I found out my future, it made everything so complicated.

... On T-Terra, all sapients are... on equitable footing.
The sheer diversity of h-hominid forms here is... very fascinating, compared to my own... m-multiverse.

Seems like most people aren't used to intelligent beings that aren't humanoid. Not that I can blame them. My world didn't have any, but as soon as I left home, I had to adjust.
Happens when you visit worlds with talking cards, puppets, and parrots.
