"Dawn." How is that supposed to get me a Keyblade? Sora's got one thanks to the light, that I don't get because of the darkness.

It doesn't make any sense, but I'm fed up with this. I'm tired of staying on the sidelines.

Alright, Kairi, it's been almost than a week now. I'd say that's more than enough rest.

So, anyone up to sparring? Next time an attack like this happens I want to be ready. Besides, I'm sure I'm not the only one who could use practice.

Hey, why don't we go down to the lake? We can build a fire and cook hot dogs or something.

Works for me. Guess that means we better get some supplies first, but I'm game.

Maybe we could camp out over there, too. I think it's starting to get colder.

But we should probably let Kairi know where we're going. You and I both know that she'll probably worry if we just take off.

[He's totally gone off to raid the store. They need sleeping bags, fishing poles...]

[Riku's probably headed that way, too, now that he's gotten in touch with Kairi. Besides, he needs to let him know, anyway.]

[He's already collected a Pile o' Stuff by the time Riku gets there, including the fishing poles and extra line and hooks - they'd be sad island kids if they didn't know how to fish. This being Sora, though, all the stuff he's found is just piled on the floor and not actually packed. He's got a very teenage boy sense of neatness.]

[Well, once Riku finds Sora he'll just stop and examine the pile...and then shake his head.]

I'm surprised. You actually didn't slack off for a change.

[And Sora will stick his head around the shelves and make a face at his friend.]

Hey, I don't slack off nearly as much as you think I do. Catch!

[Watch out Riku, one rolled-up sleeping bag coming your way, at high speeds.]

[--oof! He catches, though he stumbles a bit.]

[And that gets a grin as he emerges with another sleeping bag, not chucking this one at Riku.]
